I snapped this photo at breakfast this morning. He was surrounded by a box of cereal and 3 boxes of Girl Scout cookies which were delivered last night. I actually heard him say "Don't worry Mom, I am NOT opening these cookies for breakfast". I then looked to see him peering out from all of the boxes. A definite Kodak moment. Of course if I had said "Oh, honey, it's ok to eat cookies for breakfast" he would have torn open those boxes in a nanosecond.

Yesterday afternoon he called for me from his bedroom. He hollered for me to come see him and shouted "can you find me?" I walked into the bedroom to find him buried in every blanket and pillow he could find. After laughing I requested that he keep still so I could go get my camera. I say that a lot around here. I love to take pictures of silly moments with the kids. They love those pictures - and so do I. This one reminds me of the scene from the movie ET when ET is hiding in the little girl's closet among her stuffed animals. Anyone remember that scene?
Here is my ET in the blankets and pillows

Like I always say- never a dull moment around our house.

Gustavo is definitely one of a kind! Daniel and I were just talking a couple nights ago about those two boys. He said, "I wonder what kind of teenagers Marco and Gus will be?"
It will be interesting to see their different personalities develop as they continue growing up. You have been blessed with three great sons, and two wonderful daughters, what a rich treasure!
