A New Project in 2009

I love looking at photographs. Pouring over pictures is a favorite way of remembering events throughout my life. I love pictures ranging from the ordinary of everyday to significant life events.

Our family loves to pour over photos when visiting my parents. Of course the gales of laughter are primarily at my expense. What the children don't realize is that someday it will be their kids laughing hysterically at their pictures...sweet justice.

So I have decided to take on a challenge. I've chosen an additional way to document the year. I began a blog here to post one photo for each day of the year. I missed the first 18 days of the year due to the fact that I just accepted the challenge this morning.
